The British Palomino & Dilute Society are proud to announce the Photo Show new for January 2026 .
Entries to be submitted via email (bpsphotoshow@gmail.com) utilising the form which can be downloaded along with the schedule via links below.
Entry fees are £4 per class or 3 classes for £10, payment via BACS

OVERALL SHOW CHAMPION TO BE AWARDED A BPS £25 MERCHANDISE VOUCHER.
Certificates will be emailed to winners which will be announced on Facebook and our website.
Rules:
1. Classes 1-5 are for Palominos registered with the BPS.
2. Classes 6-10 are for Dilutes registered with the BPS.
3. Entry to the show is at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for your participation in this
event. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your handlers, riders and ponies.
4. This show will be run in accordance with the rules of the British Palomino Society. Full details are

5. All photographs must have been taken on or after the 1st July 2024.
6. No professional photography.
7. Once the entries for this event have closed, substitutions or alterations to submitted photos will not
be accepted.
8. Ridden ponies must be 4 years old or over.
9. Properly fastened BSI standard riding hats must always be worn when mounted and for handlers
under the age of 14.
10. The welfare of ponies is paramount and no lame, sick or overly fat or underweight ponies should be
exhibited. Riders should be the appropriate size for their ponies.
11. Spurs are not permitted in any class.
12. Photographs may be used for promotional purposes. Should you not wish for your submissions to

Creating your photos -
We are aware that everybody will have different facilities and equipment available to them.
Our aim is to welcome you to have a go regardless of your situation – just do your best!
We welcome those that wish to wear showing attire and for those that don’t, all we ask is that you are
safe and smart.
We want this show to be accessible to everybody and welcome any questions or anybody requiring
support (Show Secretary’s contact details below).
In-hand and ridden classes require one photograph; one taken from the side of the horse/pony.
Fun classes require one photograph to match the subject.
