Photo Competition

For your chance to win your picture on a giant canvas plus HOYS tickets or a years membership, enter a picture / pictures in any of the categories below. Entries cost just £1 per picture and all pictures must be high quality i.e. no Facebook pictures as Facebook reduces the resolution of a picture so it uses up less memory space, and when enlarged it will come out blurry. The picture / pictures must be your own i.e. you must own the copyright. There will also be rosettes to 3rd place in each category.

The Categories

  1. Head Shot - a head shot of your horse or pony.
  2. Free Movement - a picture of your horse or pony trotting, cantering or galloping without human intervention.
  3. Out Competing - a picture of your horse or pony out competing in any sphere.
  4. Funny Photo - a picture of your horse or pony doing something funny

The Prizes

Champion across all categories will receive a a giant canvas of the winning picture PLUS

  • 2x HOYS tickets for highest place British Palomino Society member
  • 1 years membership for the highest placed non member

The Rules

  1. The picture must be your own, uncopyrighted.
  2. All entries must be paid for or they will not be considered.
  3. All pictures must be accompanied with a statement, stating that you own the picture and you give permission for the BPS to use it in any promotion or publication, and that you are happy for the BPS to store your personal details in accordance with data protection laws.
  4. It must be stated which category you are entering.
  5. Competition closes September 1st 2018.
  6. The judge's decision is final.

How to Enter

You can either enter online using the button above, or email your pictures to bpsphotocompetition@gmail.com along with the statement in rule 3 (you will then be sent details of how to pay the entry).
